Sales Engineer

Job Summary

Sales engineers sell complex mechanical and industrial products to Client. They must have extensive knowledge of the products’ parts and functions and must understand the processes that make these products work. Establish a good relationship with new nad existing customer.

Responsibilities and Duties

Sales engineers typically do the following:

Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
N
Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
N
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
N
Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
N
Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
N
Help clients solve problems with installed equipment
N
Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
N
Help in researching and developing new products

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

minimum Graduation with 6months – 1years experience
