What Is Voltage Controller R4FC & How It Can Be Used?
Voltage Controller R4FC is a small and simple phase angle controller. 4 A is its maximum current with an automatic 0-10V or 4-20mA input. These are vibratory bowl feeders and small linear vibrating feeders and are used in assembly automation and conveyor systems in the packaging and dosing industry. The Voltage Controller Circuit has a dimension of 94*117*33.
The Voltage Controller can be turned off using the auxiliary ON/OFF input of signal voltage 0-24 VDC (1(-) and 2(+) CONN4. We can utilize DP2 for logic 0/1 for both ON/OFF inputs (see CONN4-CONN5) via touch without voltage. By using DP1, it is possible to alter the start ramp’s timing (slow 1 sec or rapid 0,1 sec). Before turning off the power, it is possible to modify the vibration frequency from 3000V/m-50Hz to 3600V/m-60Hz or from 6000V/m-100Hz to 7200V/m-120Hz using DP1. Both ECC Directive 2014/30/UE (EMC- Electromagnetic Compatibility) and Directive 2014/35/UE are met by this device (LVD – Low Voltage Directive).
